I have been going to Palm dental for a few years the service has always been good but it was exceptionally great the last time I was there. Kelly my hygienist is amazing but the atmosphere in the office has changed and for the better. My treatment was discussed and explained with warmth and patience, Katty is fantastic. My wife and I have usted palm dental for the past 15 years. Seven of those while living in North palm beach. Those have been great years. Excelent and professional staff and good work that have help up for all these years. We হাতে to leave but Is too far for us.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DENTIST OFFICE!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was charged for services that were never provided because the doctor left before ever seeing me. Despite not receiving the care I expected, I later learned that my account had been sent to a debt collection agency. What is most concerning is that no one from the office contacted me to explain the charges or attempt to resolve the matter before sending the account to collections. A simple phone call or conversation could have clarified the situation and potentially prevented unnecessary stress and frustration. Patients deserve transparency, communication, and fair billing practices. I hope the office reviews its procedures to ensure that future patients are treated with greater professionalism and respect.

My husband took my son for an appointment evaluation to have an extraction waited 3 hours to be called to see the doctor and when he finally saw the doctor the visit was 8 minutes. On the day of the extraction I was present. My 10yr old son was scheduled to have a tooth extraction. We arrived 30 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment time and were called to the window for check in 1hour 20 minutes later that there already gave me a bad vibe. Then when the assistant finally calls us in my husband and I walk with my son to enter and she stops us at the door and saids the child needs to come in alone. I replied excuse me he’s a minor and he’s 10yrs old that is completely illegal for you to take a minor to the back with out a parent or guardian present. She just went in to repeat the samething over and over as I said I’m in the medical field and we are not allowed to have a minor patient have any testing or procedures without a parent or legal guardian present. At the end she said I will speak to the doctor I proceded to tell her there no need for you to ask the doctor anything I am canceling this appointment and want a full refund for the payment I have made.
